Umm...This could be a problem

Today, was not a good day for the weight loss thing. I had intentions to get up this morning with my husband, send him off to work, and then spend some quality time on my treadmill. In reality, I woke up by the alarm, hit snooze, then was nicely tucked back in and told, "it's your day off, sleep in a little." Well, after being in bed for 12 hrs I awake to a text saying "on my way" from my older sister. By the time I got up and showered she was here and we went shopping and (dirty words) to Steak 'n Shake. So, today was not a day of good choices. And now, I am getting ready to go out with friends, which usually involves alcoholic beverages, which is another not so good diet choice. That seems to be a big challenge for me, I tend to be easily pressured into bad choices.

One other big problem is.....I don't know how to cook. I know, I haven't lived at home since I was 18 (I'm 24), and yet I don't how to do the simple things. IE, iced tea, garlic bread, meatloaf. About the only thing I can do and do well in baked goods! I love to bake all kinds of sweets, and most of the time they come out amazing. I need to figure out how to cook, and cook healthy things. I keep myself on a pretty strict grocery budget ($100/month) in order to keep us on track with monthly bills and expenses for our vacation. So, my biggest challenge is to buy healthy and cheap. As, well as that whole exercise thing. So tomorrow is Sunday which means coupons, but it is also the day I defeat that treadmill and come up with a grocery and meal plan to help me get on the right track!

Wait, is that possible?

OK, so I have to lose weight. In December I am going on a cruise (first one ever) and I just can't board that ship at 175lbs. So, I really need to get motivated on this. However, I LOVE to coupon. You may be thinking, how does that stand in your way of weight loss? Let me tell you how, I can spend 9 hrs at the table with my coupons, clipping, sorting, clipping more, sorting more and then finding coupons on on line and doing the process again. So, I am hoping by sharing my minutes, that I will be able to stay focused on the weight loss, while saving money :)

My goal is to be 140 by September, it's going to be April in 48hrs, so that means I have five months to get my sh*t together! Or 7lbs a month. Oh no, is that possible?!
